Liberation Day Sunday 5 May: Walk for peace and freedom

Walks are organised from Eindhoven and Gemert on Liberation Day, both of which have Museum Bevrijdende Vleugels in Best as their end point. The walk from Eindhoven (17 km) starts at 9am and the one in Gemert (22 km) at 7.30am. Arrival of both walks is around 12.30pm. It is also possible to walk part of the route from Gemert. The walks go through rural Brabant, and are partly on unpaved (grass) paths, which can be wet. Good footwear is recommended.

Important: No public transport is available from the museum. So you will have to arrange something yourself!
